Wellness has become a full-time job
Conflicting advice. Extreme plans. Constant pressure to do more, and to do all of it perfectly.
So most of us start on a Monday, burn out by Thursday, and quietly decide we're just not the kind of person who can keep it up.
You don't need perfection. You need small, consistent changes that fit the season you're actually in.
Three levels. One direction — becoming.
Choose the level that fits your current season, then set the one you're growing toward. Tap through to see what's inside each.
Gentle foundations
Small, simple habits that help you begin creating a healthier, more peaceful home. Nothing here needs a new budget or a free weekend.
Nourishment
- Warm lemon water with Celtic sea salt
- Water before coffee
- Eggs, yogurt, or oatmeal instead of sugary cereal
- Avocado, olive, or coconut oil in place of canola
Movement
- Morning sunlight
- A 10-minute walk, outside or on the walking pad
- Stand and move every hour if you sit to work
- Dance party — the kids will ask for it again
Environment, spirit & self-care
- Open the windows for 5–10 minutes a day
- Trade plug-ins for a diffuser and clean oils
- Switch one cleaner to non-toxic — start with laundry
- Shoes off at the door
- Phone-free for the first 15 minutes of the day
- Start every morning with prayer
Intentional upgrades
Building consistent habits and upgrading your daily environment. This is the season where foundations turn into rhythms.

- Faith-based goal setting, fasting, giving back
True wellness is holistic
Health isn't only what's on your plate or how you train. It's how you live daily, how you care for your home, and how you steward your faith. Every habit in the guide belongs to one of five pillars.
Nourishment
Whole, real food — the foundation everything else is built on.
Movement
Intentional, sustainable movement that fits a real week.
Environment
A low-toxin home — the air, the water, the linens, the cleaners.
Spirit & Mind
Faith-centered peace, prayer, rest, and honest boundaries.
Self-Care
Stewardship, not indulgence — sleep, recovery, and grounding.
And a whole section for the kids
Little habits, big impact. The guide includes a kids' version of all five pillars — outdoor play and movement breaks, low-toxin lunch gear, calm sleep environments, family devotional rhythms, and teaching them the joy of giving.
Because the habits they learn young become the foundation they keep.
Start small. Stay consistent. Be well.
Smoothie popsicles
The six flavors in the guide. They'll have no idea these are healthy.
Hi, I'm Meg
I'm not doing this perfectly either
I grew up playing sports, and staying active has always been part of who I am — alongside stewarding my faith and taking a holistic approach to health. But none of this happened overnight for me.
It's been a few years since I committed fully, and I'm still learning. I'm almost entirely in Abide now, and the honest truth is that the daily wins are contagious. One swap made the next one easier. That's the whole method.
No matter what level I reach, I'll never stop educating myself or looking for ways to keep growing in this. I'd love for you to start alongside me.
